PickMagpie is an AI-powered product discovery assistant that helps users find products on Amazon through conversational search, price comparison, and deal alerts. We do not sell products directly; all purchases are fulfilled by Amazon or other retailers.

3. Free Tier Usage Limits

The free tier is rate-limited to 5 chat messages per 24-hour period per visitor. Attempts to bypass this limit (proxy rotation, cookie manipulation, automated scripts) are prohibited and may result in IP blocks.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or scrape the API
• Submit prompts designed to bypass safety guardrails
• Attempt to extract proprietary prompts or system data
• Impersonate other users or entities

5. Affiliate Links & Disclosure

PickMagpie earns affiliate commissions on qualifying purchases made through links on the site. This does not influence our recommendations — the AI selects products based on customer ratings, reviews, and your stated needs.

6. Product Information Accuracy

Prices, availability, and product information are fetched in real-time from third parties and may not always reflect the final price at checkout. Please verify details on the retailer's website before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickMagpie is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, product purchases made through our links, or decisions based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
